Carlier

connect with nature

Carlier is visual artist and photographer who lives and works in Toronto, Canada. Raised mostly on coconut and sugar cane, he grew up in a small village in the heart of Cuba, Carlier's connection with nature was shaped by his experiences working the land and immersing himself in its beauty. This deep bond with the natural world continues to influence and mold his artistic vision and purpose. After immigrating to Canada, Carlier realized the importance of appreciating and understanding the local wildlife. He believes this connection to nature could foster feelings of love, care, and responsibility for our environment. Through his art, he aims to bridge cultural gaps and remind us of the significance of our surroundings in our daily lives. Through his work and dedication, Carlier invites us to embark on a journey of reintegration, reminding us that our true home lies not just within the walls of our homes but in the arms of nature itself.
